After I had the problem of not being able to use any of the apps under "Entune App Suite" due to an update issue, I had to call Toyota Customer Experience Center as indicated by the Toyota App error message, and the rep reset my Toyota Owner account credential.

However, for an unknown reason, the LiveXLive app never worked, but I was careless at that point, for I decided if I was keeping the car long I would replace the HU anyway. Finally, I had to reestablish the link permission by enabling the log-in to individual apps, such as NPR One, iHeart Radio, and Alexia.
I had to start over by uninstalling the Toyota App from my phone, re-installing the most up-to-date version of the Toyota App from the App Store, registering the VIN, and get a new customer log-in credential setup.
